What We're Looking For:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a background in banking or credit union operations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with exceptional communication skills.

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to leverage it to drive operational improvements.
• Location: Ability to serve at our Albany, Georgia location daily
